Day 2 of the U23 African Baseball Championships continued in Boksburg, with South Africa extending their unbeaten run in the continental qualifier under WBSC Africa. The tournament runs until 2 November 2025 and will determine Africa’s representative for the WBSC U-23 Baseball World Cup 2026, scheduled to take place in Nicaragua.
In the opening game of the day, South Africa secured a solid 15–1 victory over Zimbabwe, showing strong control on both sides of the field.
In the second fixture, South Africa continued their dominant form, defeating Benin 23–1 to close out another successful day for the hosts.
The U23 African Championships move into the final round of pool play on Saturday, 1 November 2025, ahead of the Championship Final set for Sunday, 2 November 2025.
