The South African Baseball Union is proud to announce the 30-man Senior National Squad selected for the upcoming tour to France in October 2026.
Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the selected squad has been recognised for their dedication, commitment and performances throughout the selection period. The tour to France will provide valuable international competition as the team continues its preparation and development ahead of future international events.
Selected to the 30-man Senior National Squad are Robert Ackerman, Chris Beyers, Brandon Bleeker, Joshua Botha, Brandon Bouillion, Jason Carelse, Keenan Clarke, Kevin Costigan, Vince Deyzel, Matthew Diedericks, Nicholas Eagles, Rowan Ebersohn, Dayle Feldtman, Dean Jacobs, Jessie Johnson, Damon King, Trystan Mills, Tyrone Milne, Victor Ngoepe, Dylan O’Brien, Yahya Patel, Damian Perkins, Brandon Smith, Tyler Smith, Lloyd Stevens, Keenan Thomas, William Thomason, Stef van Duivenbooden, Joshua Wentzel and Jaryd White.
The squad will continue with its remaining training camps, assessments and preparations before the final travelling team for the France tour is announced in the coming weeks.
The South African Baseball Union congratulates all selected players and extends its appreciation to the coaches, provincial unions, clubs, families and supporters who continue to play a vital role in the development of the national programme. The Union wishes the squad every success as they prepare to proudly represent South Africa in France.
